In this course\, we take a different approach and study the mechanics of zoning first to make sure your project gets off to a good start. Upon completion of this course\, students will have a better understanding of a Zoning Ordinance specifically the dimensional requirements as well as the overall mechanics of a zoning ordinance and how it relates to the construction of a structure.
