DESCRIPTION:On October 24th\, Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA is partnering with Wallace West to offer a virtual CE course option that will cover the 2 hour elective requirement that licensed general contractors are required to complete under G.S. 87-10.2 This class will be offered via Zoom.\n\n\n\nMany contractors are either not knowledgeable or have a misunderstanding of their warranty obligations under NC law. The purpose of this course is to educate the contractor on the multiple warranty obligations as defined by NC statute and case law when building a house.\n\n\n\n*A minimum of 5 students is required for the class to run\, and registration is capped at 60 students.
