DESCRIPTION:On October 11th\, the Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA will be offering a Synchronous CE Elective course - Plain Talk About Builders Warranties. \n\n\n\nThis class will be offered via the WCFHBA Zoom Platform\n\nMany contractors are either not knowledgeable or have a misunderstanding of their warranty obligations under NC law. The purpose of this course is to educate the contractor on the multiple warranty obligations as defined by NC statute and case law when building a house.\n\n*A minimum of 5 students is required for the class to run\, and registration is capped at 35 students.
