DESCRIPTION:On November 29th the Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA will be partnering up with Instructor Wallace West to offer a 2 hour CE Elective Plain Talk About Builders Warranties \n\n\n\nMany contractors are either not knowledgeable or have a misunderstanding of their warranty obligations under NC law. The purpose of this course is to educate the contractor on the multiple warranty obligations as defined by NC statute and case law when building a house.\n\n\n\nThis class will be offered In-Person at the WCFHBA Office.
