DESCRIPTION:On October 25th the Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA will be offering a virtual CE course option that will cover the 2023 2-hour NCLBGC  Mandatory CE Class that North Carolina licensed general contractors will be required to complete under G.S. 87-10.2 This class will be offered via Zoom.\n\n \nAccordingly\, the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors (NCLBGC) has developed this two (2) hour mandatory CE course. This mandatory course explains the statutes and regulations with which qualifiers and licensees must comply with.\n\n \n\nStudents will review current law\, regulations\, rules\, and statutory terminology used by the NCLBGC. Students will also participate in a practical exercise in the application of the knowledge they learned and understood during the course.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n*A minimum of 5 students is required for the class to run\, and registration is capped at 30 students.\n\n\n\nNOTE: This mandatory class is for 2023 credits ONLY.
