Many contractors start a new build with the tried and true requirements of the North Carolina Building Code. In this course\, we focus on what could be a different approach and study the mechanics of zoning to make sure you get off to a good footing. Upon completion of this course\, students will have a better understanding of Zoning Ordinances lot-specific dimensional requirements including yard\, setbacks\, and height\, and how it relates to the construction of the residential structures. We will also examine two case studies that showcase what we have learned in this course and how it is applied in a real-world scenario. \n\n\n\nPLEASE READ THE REGISTRATION FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY\n\nWe will be offering this 4 hours elective CE Class with In-person instruction.
